County/Borough Real Estate Tax (mailed out on March 1st)
Council Rock School District Real Estate Tax (mailed out on July 1st)
Council Rock Occupational Assessment Tax (mailed out on July 1st)

Did Not Receive Tax Bill: By law, failure to receive the tax bill does not relieve any taxpayer from payment of taxes. In fact, the taxpayer must be charged as if the tax bill was received

Duplicate tax bills, if needed, are available for $5 fee.

Payment Information
Stamped Receipt: Return entire bill with payment and a self-addressed stamped envelope

Online Banking: Please include parcel number as the reference on your payment
​
Deadlines: Payments must be received or postmarked by the U.S. Postal Service by the due date
​
After December 31st: Liens will be filed on all unpaid real estate taxes
Remember to inform the Tax Office of any address changes!
